How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, select Forgot Password and follow the phone verification steps. If you cannot complete verification, contact support.

How do I change my nickname or avatar?

Open Profile in the app. You can edit your nickname or choose a new avatar, and changes should appear immediately.

How do AL1 Points work?

AL1 Points reward learning activity and determine leaderboard position. Accuracy is shown separately and is used as a tie-breaker.

How do I review mistakes?

Open Review from the bottom navigation to see genuine wrong answers, explanations and targeted practice for weak skills.

How do I delete my account?

Open Profile and select Delete Account. Follow the confirmation steps to remove account-linked learning data and authentication access.

Is AL1 English available on the App Store?
